For clearing that up, I understand the theme situation and lack of knowledge for assistance with third party themes is understandable......
I dont see where he mentioned that he could not help because of my theme, but here nor there anyway that theme problem was solved, via re loading the file through an FTP client.
So for future problems related to my theme, I now know to go to the third party provider for help.
Now onto another problem that is not theme related that I am currently experiencing as of this morning, but I will post that in another ticket.
