Was unable to update from 3.9 and contacted Namesco support, they changed the user in the wp-config.php and I was then able to proceed with the update by clicking on the link from the wp Dashboard. During the update process I got the Error 503 Backend Fetch Failed.
Since that error on Thursday afternoon Namesco support have been investigating why the site is getting Error 500 and not loading.
Is there anything I can do myself to help Namesco support resolve this.
