i will ask to start looking in error logs of apache.
also cant seem to load readme.html for wordpress at http://www.cpdfortherapists.co.uk/readme.html . this is a regular wordpress file and should load in case even if php isnt working or some other issue.
take backup of everything and start afresh by reinstalling the wordpress in wp folder.
