Little Muk on "WP plugin CMB2 Internal Server Error"

Hi! The latest version wp, php vers. 5.4, all breaks installing the plugin CMB2. Error 500: Internal Server Error. Locally installed - everything is OK. What could be wrong?
Please help me understand. Already the project deadline.
