@francoay you did not answer my question about if your host provides a one button installation.
The 500 error code is a server error. You are likely not installing something correctly. Even with an empty wp-config.php file and no database installed, a fresh install of WordPress will run without a 500 error.
Check to make sure you are installing the site in an empty subdirectory. An old .htaccess file left in the directory where you are installing WordPress could cause a problem.
If you are sure you are installing the files correctly to a clean directory, Then you may want to ask your hosting company for help. They can see where you are installing the WordPress files and they can read the error logs to determine what is causing the problem.
