With Budget hosts your going to run into these issues its just how hosting companies maximize there infrastructure. I currently don't have any plans with the Free version to do batch processing. Hopefully with the pro-version we will provide a way to do these types of one-offs, but I'm not sure when it will get worked on...
You may have to contact your host as they may have some custom tools to help you get the table moved....
