Fawk on "[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Getting Error 500 when submit message via Contact Form"

Hi,

When submitting a message using the Contact Form, it will try to connect then give me an error 500.

However, the message does appear in Feedback but an email won't be sent.
