ERROR 500 – Disabled SSL plugin with keep SSL

I Disabled “Really Simple SSL” plugin with keep SSL and now have ERROR 500
any Idea how to get this repair

This is on AWS Lightsail Instance
I have access thru FTP or SSH Terminal

any command to re=-enable this plugin?
