Hi All!
I’m facing an issue when trying to access wp-admin. I’m receiving error 500 (would be a plugin issue). My website is hosted in AWS, but I can’t contact the admin to get credentials to restore the access. I don’t have the FTP credentials either. WordPress support is able to deactivate all plugins and restore my access?
