My website has recently been moved from an old server to a new virtual server to alleviate errors caused by hardware. I believe the contents of the old server were cloned directly to the new server, so there were no fresh installs of anything.
The website had been running properly for about a week since the move, with regular backups and website function working. However I have not needed to alter nor post anything on the new website until just yesterday. In attempting to upload a new banner for a slider, I encountered a PHP error, so I decided to restore to a backup from a previous day for a fresh slate to try and troubleshoot what exactly went wrong, and since using that restore my site now throws up Errors 403 and 500. I have no access to the admin panel.
