Error 500 when I activate woocommerce with wp crowdfunding

Hi,
I have just bought the enterprise WP crowdfunding plugin ($89). Once installed and activated the crowdfunding plugin and the theme, I installed the woocommerce plugin
But just after I activate it, an error 500 has happened and my browser show a message warning me that the web page has just stop working…
I would appreciate a solution as soon as possible

P.D: I have tried to submit a ticket using support form in https://wpneo.com but It was impossible: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
